Pausing MileCharter |

The Professional edition of MileCharter has the ability to pause a computation run, and then continue it at a later date. MileCharter, MapPoint, and the PC can all be closed down between the pause and the restart. When MileCharter is in a paused state, it cannot be used for another run without resetting the paused run first.
During computation, MileCharter will display the Pause button in the Processing area of the main MileCharter panel. Press this to pause computation. When paused, MileCharter looks like this:
Most of MileCharter's options are disabled when it is paused. The captions on the Processing buttons also change. Restart processing by pressing Continue. Reset MileCharter and cancel this processing run, by pressing Reset.
MileCharter will ask for an Excel filename to save the partial tables to. When restarting a paused computation, MileCharter must be restarted with the exact same map file loaded in MapPoint. Also, the partial (Excel) table files must not be moved, deleted, or modified.
